after reading and responding to heather's thoughts for thursday, i had an idea. why don't i ask my blog readers what they think when it comes to my blog name? it's pretty simple. just tell me what it means to you. do you like the name? does it 'stick' in your head? what is the first thing that comes to mind when you think of 'stickyfeahters'. gosh, i think this could be interesting.
i know this is goofy, but it's friday, i'm home and i'm doped out of my mind on sudafed. give me something to read people - before blogland goes to sleep for the weekend!
It's not that I don't like your blog name, I actually like it alot. However, I think you should consider giving it a distinctly Silver Bay name. Something like...
"Let's Sing Karaoke at our 5 Year Reunion" or
"My Arctic Cat Jacket is Better than yours"
or
"The Fastest Way to Finland"
Something like that would be pretty sweet!

I like the name. I had no idea what it means, as I don't even know you. But you write good, your son is soooo cute, and my friend Leah used to babysit you I guess. So, I lurk.

Oh, and I like it when your title box has Tucker in it. Especially when it's a candid pic of him. Those are the best.

I haven't seen the photo of the chicken suit, I'm sure if I had that be what I thought of. I just think of a glob of big bird feathers all stuck together.

Don't change it!!! It honestly reminds me of my feather bed, weird I know... I got a HUGE 5" thick feather bed for christmas and well everytime I wash my sheets there are feathers EVERYWHERE!!! They stick to my socks...they're on my floor till I vacuum...everywhere....hence reminding me of your blog;)
I hope you feel better soon, I've had "it" for going on 4 weeks now...NOT FUN!!! Guess what? You get to see me on Tuesday...it's been a long long time:) Yay!

jen, it is TOTALLY sticky. i think it's great. when i think of it, i think of my kids. that's weird, i know - lemme explain. i seldom call them by their name. i am always coming up with some silly thing to call them, which is usually a compound word, like monkeybutt or stinkydoodles. : ) silly question, silly answer. happy FRIDAY!
