meme for youyou.

i got tagged by this lovely lady for a six truths meme. 

1. i will not eat the fat (gristle) on meat.  i will cut the piece of meat into tiny pieces just so i don't have to eat any of it.  ick!  if i get any in my mouth - i will spit it out.  it is just gross!
2. i will bait my own hook.  that's right.  i'm not afraid to touch leeches or minnows.  i grab one of those little bastards and i dig that hook right through 'em.  then, i throw them out into the lake and await my big catch.
3. i rarely wear lipstick.  i have a ton of glosses or balms, but only about one shade of lipstick.  sometimes i will steal some of jenn's when we are out!  i don't have anything against it, i just never know what is the 'right' color for me! 
4. i love birds.  i actually keep track of when new ones come to my yard.  i'll look them up and document it.  i love to feed them, have the birdbath full, and make sure my yard is 'welcoming' to them.  we have lots of pines around our yards that are a great habitat for them!  i have one guy friend that is a bird man (it's his job) and it's always fun to talk to him about the birds!
5. i have some beautiful gardens in the summer, but i hate to cut the flowers off and put them in vases in my house.  i'd rather be able to enjoy them outside.  i HAVE cut them before and given them as gifts, but i usually won't cut them for myself to enjoy inside.  weird.
6. i can't stand leftovers.  if there are leftovers that matt hasn't eaten left in the fridge, i hate dumping them out - the smell just about kills me (dare i say i think it is worse than a crappy diaper?).  there are only three things i will eat leftover (spaghetti, rigatoni hotdish, and turkey).

Hmmm, I'll have to do this tomorrow. I hate leftovers too. I will rarely touch em except for pizza and lasagna. Ewww.

HAHAH! I feel the same way about giristle. and I used to be that way with flowers (especially after reading the celestine prophesy back in the 90's) but I've overcome it. And lipstick. YES! I live on lipgloss despite all the fashionistas assuring me that lipgloss is childish. whatever, dude. Great meme!
