a few weeks ago, i won a pay it forward contest over at bonbon rose (go check this blog out if you haven't yet - very stylish). i entered only knowing that i would have to pay it forward on my blog. i figured it would be a good jump start back into blogging since i feel like i've been such a slacker lately.
when i received my surprise in the mail, i was very excited to see what was inside.
it was a...
...rume reusable shopping bag! as kristen pointed out, it's the same one nicole richie uses. dude, i'm one step closer to being in style now! :) if you are jealous and want your own, you can find them here.
so, since i won, i need to pass on the good fortune. contest time! the only rule is you promise to pay this forward on your blog. if you don't have a blog, then you just have to go buy someone an ice cream cone. :)
ETA: i forgot to mention something important:
if you win, you will get a few of my favorite things! yey!
to enter, leave me a comment on this post answering the following question:
what is the last thing you purchased?
the last thing i purchased was lunch at the trestle while camping this weekend.
contest will end at midnight on july 4! happy commenting!

This is fun :)
I purchased groceries for our BBQ tomorrow.

Last thing I purchased was some French Vanilla ice cream & A&W rootbeer for Nats to take to her gramma's last night. They enjoyed an evening of movies and rootbeer floats. That was more satisfing than the $830 I spent on Keri's car yesterday or the $2,000 I need to spend on a fridge tomorrow.

Hey, there. I've missed your posts as well, but haven't been so good myself. Not too much to report on when you are just sitting around waiting for your babies to arrive!
So...what did I last purchase? I want to say gas...but that is so boring. I did go and get a pedicure last Thursday as that is one of the few things I've done for myself this summer. No longer buying any clothes for myself for awhile, so I've really saved money!
Posted by: Jill | 2009.06.30 at 07:06
my last purchase was 4 small ice cream cones from the local dairy queen.
btw - i should have asked for 2 kiddie cones instead because they give you the same cone, just with less ice cream. and charge you less. and i'm thinking that would mean less ice cream on their shirt/carseat too!) have a great day jenny!
