what matters most.

my goal for this year is to get a picture of each of our 'families'.  all together.  nobody missing.  after taking the picture for my mom, i thought it would be an easy goal.  an important goal.  for most of us, our family is what matters most to us in our life. 

this shot is of my dad, his kids and all his grandkids.  some of the most important people in my life.  just like all of our families.  too often we breeze through life not stopping to enjoy those who we really couldn't see life without.  i want to start taking more time to just be with those important people and to enjoy this life we have. 

 

the pictures don't have to be perfect.  they just have to be taken.
