this morning, as i was reading the dictionary, i came across the perfect word.
flummery \FLUHM-uh-ree\, noun:
1. a name given to various sweet dishes made with milk, eggs, flour, etc.
2. empty compliment; unsubstantial talk or writing; mumbo jumbo; nonsense.
this blog is full of flummery. :)
What a great blog name 'Flummery'.
It has made me think about raiding the fridge for some dessert - I'm not sure I'd know how to whip up a flummery though, despite being English.
