dresses, cookies and chores.

that is what my weekend was all about.

on saturday, jenn and all her bridesmaids (jen, meg, tina, ashley, and i) hit up princess bride and tried on dresses until she picked out the one that was just right.  they will be beautiful!  oh, and tomorrow i am going to be buying some heavy duty chain with a lock and i will be chaining myself to the treadmill until um, about MAY 2009.  :) 

we had a great lunch at olive garden (with white sauce! haha!).  meg left her leftovers on top of her vehicle on the way back to the dress place and some hottie was motioning to her that she did at the stop light.  well, but the time she stopped to grab them - they were gone!  whoops! 

i also got to go to target.  i didn't get anything fun - but i spent enough money i should have gotten something good!  geesh.  that place is like a big red piggy bank - the money goes in so easy, but it is so hard to get out.  oh well.  i also bought tucker new snow gear at gander.  i didn't get the color i wanted, so i looked online and found it at northwest outlet for $5 cheaper.  so, i ordered it online (free shipping) and will be bringing the gear i bought at gander back. 

this morning matt headed out to put up more deer stands with some friends.  tucker and i got up and i got a ton of stuff done before noon!  we had done laundry, cleaned the floors, made cookies, edited pictures, talked with grandma cheryl on the phone, did dishes, dropped off some things at a friends and my dad's house, and went to the grocery store.  tucker and i both fell asleep after lunch.  i woke up about an hour into his nap and got up and worked on more editing (coming soon tina).  then i started feeling wonky.  i had a bit of a headache and my stomach felt icky so my motivation to get things done went down the drain.  i'm feeling better now (after some tylenol and dinner).

i had the cookies i made this morning on a plate on the counter.  it was funny because every once in a while tucker would disappear and come back with a cookie.  the little bugger was sneaking them off the plate.  i didn't care - it was one of those days.  what's a cookie or two going to hurt?  :)
